There should be one in the pattern books or something you can adapt, that would be your best, or rent one at a costume place. It would be easy to adapt, just use the dress part and add what you need to it, no problem.
Where can I find a pattern for a Snow White costume in adult size?
I don’t want an “adult” costume, nothing sexy…just like the real Snow White except for an adult size person instead of a child. I can’t find a pattern, and I’m sure that you can adapt a period costume pattern to look like Snow White, but I’m clueless. Any help?

As far as I recall, I think I have seen something like that in the Simplicity or McCall’s pattern catalogues available at the fabric store. They have a special section for costumes, usually at the back of the big catalogue.
If you’re unfamiliar with how to use these books, look through the book and find the different sections. Locate the costume section and then browse through it. Find something that looks like it’ll work, and note the pattern number. Go to the drawers nearby and find that number. Be sure you check the sizes on the envelope.
If you still can’t find anything, email me (click on my avatar for an email link) and I can help with suggestions of how to adapt something. Please try the Simplicity and McCall’s catalogues first. Those patterns are usually set up so they’re easy to follow.

This simplicity pattern has the correct sleeves and the top can be altered to have the correct bottom seam – http://www.simplicity.com/dv1_v4.cfm?design=3613
then the skirt/bottom i would just make without the over skirt –
good luck
*edit – i would use the B upper half – omit the overskirt – and use the D skirt (but with a smooth rather than the “tattered” hem) – you, depending on how accurate you are going for, will want to redraft the front seam to put a seam down the center, but that is a rather simple fix (just draw in a front seam when you make a mock)
